1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves garlic minced

For the salmon packs:
3 – 3 ounce fillets of salmon
1 bunch asparagus, ~6 cups
3 tsp extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper to tast
For the pesto:
1 medium avocado, ripe
½ bunch fresh parsley, ~1 cup
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp garlic powder

500-700 gm Beef minced meat
1 cup Rice flour
1 medium sized Onion
a small bundel of Parsely (nearly 1/2 a cup finely chopped)

5 Garlic cloves finely chopped
1 Table spoon Oil
2 Cups (500 ml) of Tomato Juice (canned)
2 Cups water
