- 1 and ¼ pounds boneless skinless chicken tenders
- ½ cup white flour
- Salt and Pepper
- 6 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup Panko
- ⅔ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- ½ tablespoon grape seed oil
- ⅓ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
- ½ tablespoon each: soy sauce, fish sauce, and Thai red curry paste

- 3 cups of frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 1/3 c. greens onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cups mild cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon

- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 3 large sweet onions, divided
- 1 and 1/2 tsp. brown sugar, divided
- salt
- coarse black pepper
- 6 cups low or no-sodium beef broth
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- baguette or other white bread
- 5 oz. Gruyere cheese

- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
