Sticky Thai Peanut Chicken Wings

Fun and flavorful for get togethers or just dinner!

  • 3 lbs. chicken wings
  • ½ tablespoon grape seed oil
  • ⅓ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 3 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
  • ½ tablespoon each: soy sauce, fish sauce, and Thai red curry paste
  • ¼ cup water
  • Optional toppings: chopped peanuts, sliced red chilis, lime, cilantro

Jalapeno Popper Chicken

Add a side salad and a noodle or rice mix and you’re set!

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • ½ cup heavy cream or evaporated milk
  • 2 cups dry bread crumb
  • Oil for frying
  • Sauce:
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbs finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 medium jalapeño pepper, finely diced
  • 2 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
